Polly, you may want to check out the book, Lies Women Believe. I wrote a review of it here – https://womensministrytoolbox.com/bible-study-book-review-lies-women-believe/. Another thought is to teach your women about discernment. I have an exercise in my READ Bible Study Kit for Groups that invites women to try to figure out which newspaper article titles are true and which are not. I hope that helps!

I love object lessons.
Also I only have a few examples of women who believed lies and then deceived others, do you have any?
I have Queen Jezebel,, Sarah/Hagar, Deliah, Rebekah’s favortism.

Thankk you so much

I never thought about sitting in a chair that faces the door to see and acknowledge late arrivals. “. . . iron sharpening iron . . .” Proverbs 27:17 I will take notice and not feel as if I’m failing because of silence. Thanks, again.

Nicole, I can totally relate! 🙂 One thing I loved about BSF (Bible Study Fellowship) is that we had a leaders meeting and all the leaders got to share their answers that day with the other leaders. It was great preparation for our own groups and gave us the opportunity to share what we learned that week.

I have to bite my tongue a lot too. I just get so caught up in sharing what I learned through the week especially when no one else will talk! Thank you!
