Hi Marlene, I don’t have a cookie exchange post, but in the past, our group asked women to package up 3 dozen cookies by the half-dozen (6 bags each). We also asked them to bring some samples which we broke into bite-sized pieces. We would have a time for sampling and then called women up to get 2 bags at a time – so the last group didn’t get leftovers. Any leftover cookies were donated to a local fire station or other emergency responders. I hope that helps!

Just a comment on #24- if you decorate someone’s yard as a surprise make arrangements to take it down especially if someone is ill. You may not be a blessing if you don’t; they do not need one more thing on their plate to do after Christmas.
