Tiffany, great question! I recommend we seek the theme first and then find a speaker that speaks on that theme. I’ve just updated this post so it now links to my post on How to Find a Speaker which addresses this very thing. 🙂

I’m just curious as to your reasoning. Why have you found it best to pick a theme before a speaker, as opposed to forming a theme around the speaker’s strengths/ leadings?
