Melba, thanks for sharing. I think using ELMO would depend on the delivery and group dynamics. I could see how injecting a little bit of humor might smooth any feathers that might get ruffled. 😉

I am not sure if the Facilitation Technique: E.L.M.O. is appropriate for non business but feel comfortable using with my small church group.
Just an idea and hope it helps.
