I enjoy your explanation and reasonings here, they all make perfect sense.
At a table event I’ve attended a couple times they give away a basket of the “pastors favorite things.” It’s like an Oprah/Ellen Christmas show, I think it is a little excessive. They also have extra “favorites” for everyone who didn’t win the big basket or the myriad of other door prizes. This part of the table event usually takes 30 to 45 minutes to hand everything out.
I enjoy the KISS philosophy. But that’s just me.
